Okay my review.... I started my day in the spa at 11:30 with a message and a facial and honestly, I would not use their spa services again. I have had much better elsewhere for both services and cheaper. I was told I could have early check in because the spa services were a lot earlier than the Inns check in time which is 3pm. Nope!! They would not check me in early!! So I figured I would go back to the pool and spa house and relax for a bit. The girl at the desk refused to give me a robe and slippers after just spending about 200 bucks there
Where do I start. Service was slow and not professional at all. The chef's idea of food was half ass at best. And after making us wait over an hour for breakfast they didn't even take anything off. They don't have what was on the menu and there was no excuse for serving two other tables that arrived after us. For an up scale place it sure didn't live up to it's potential.
Terrible..service...terrible seating...sun in the eyes for the whole meal (no shades!)....food was ok but forgot a lot! Had to almost beg to get served. It would have had as good a service at MCDONALD'S!! ....and no dessert on the brunch menu! This clearly not what Silk restaurant used to offer!
I was not offered any compensation for the horrible start of my stay and to be honest the lady at the front desk was no help until I started to cry then she got the general manager! He did nothing other then get my room ready quickly. We really spent a lot of money for 1 night and I definitely expected top rate service and we did not get that here. So if that’s what you are looking for I don’t suggest staying here.
Nice large rooms with a little outside deck. Very clean and had a fireplace in the room that added to a very peaceful stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful!
Got brunch. Good food. Smaller portions for price. Nice dining room and ambiance.
