I had visited the 2 Industrial Way Tyngsboro facility. The manager was very professional and gave me a tour of the facility. He was very informative about the square footage I need to store my stuff. I was impressed about how clean the grounds were and freshly painted. I like the security measures taken to protect the storage units from theft. Most likely to choose this facility.

However, I have NEVER dealt with a more professional, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful Manager of the Storage Units as I did when I met David at Extra Space Storage of Tyngsboro, Ma. He took me around to see the available units that were immaculate as the office is kept. He was extremely punctual for my appointment and answered all of my questions thoroughly. David represents himself and Extra Space Storage in an exemplary fashion! His positive attitude in all facets of this process provided me with “superior customer service”!
