Well policed. I personally know a couple of tyngsboro cops and they keep a good eye on this place to prevent crime and theft while you leave you car here. I would recommend sleeping in you car here as you will probably be asked to leave if they catch you doin that here. But it has a pretty consistent bus schedule to and from Boston and other cities.

Conveniently located, easy to find/get to. It's a decent size lot but was completely full on arrival at 8:45 am on a summer weekday. Many people are parked on the grass around the edges and there was room to tuck in so I'm following suit since I'm only here for part of the day while car pooling to a work meeting in NH.
